These are pure bred Lakeland Terriers. Give me a mature pound pup any day.
Lst night, my mom was recognized by the kennel club she belongs to for finishing another of her Lakeland s, Dolly, as both a champion and as a junior earth dog. She's shown one of her dogs at Westminster, also.

My neighbour has two airedale terriers.
One is coming one year old and still nibbles on your fingers and arms, those teeth are ruddy sharp.
I’m not a fan of them.

Truth. Molly was a lab/husky from the humane society. She was a PITA for her first two years if I didn’t get her to her 5pm puppy hour at the dog park every damn day. She was a very good dog.

Strangely while I live where the Lakeland terriers come from, my neighbours have Airedale terriers.
It’s the face and fur I’m not a fan of.
My neighbour across the road has a ChowChow mix called Harley and she’s absolutely beautiful, friendly, etc...
